SAP Capability Across an ERP Consolidation Program
Providing enterprise systems expertise inside a multi-year transformation ecosystem
The Client · A global sportswear brand

Overview
A global sportswear brand engaged Taller to supply SAP capability across its multi-year ERP consolidation program.
The Problem
The client was consolidating three legacy ERP systems (the enterprise software that runs core operations like finance and supply chain) into a single SAP S/4HANA installation on AWS, one of the largest SAP migrations underway anywhere. A migration this size needed sustained SAP expertise across three layers: integration (the APIs and data exchanges that let systems talk to one another), business analysis (finance, demand planning, sales, and supply chain), and configuration (S/4HANA specialists). That breadth required a steady supply of specialized SAP talent throughout the program timeline. The client engaged Taller to help provide it.
The Solution
Taller’s contribution spanned the integration and business-analysis layers. A SAP and Tibco integration engineer handled the connection between SAP and the retail point-of-sale platform, working with SAP Fiori, SAP Retail, Tibco web services, and complex APIs. Two business analysts (one covering SAP broadly, one specializing in finance and demand planning across APO, IBP, and SAC) translated business requirements into specifications the technical teams could act on. Taller was part of the broader ecosystem the program relied on.
The Impact
Taller maintained SAP capability at the client across integration and business-analysis roles, a meaningful contribution to a transformation of this scope.
